The ADDIE Architect provides digital products, specifically “50 AI Systems for Instructional Designers” (the “Product”), designed to assist instructional designers in their professional work. The Product consists of downloadable digital files, frameworks, systems, and related materials.

The current price for our Product is $39 USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.
3.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase.
4. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Product via email or through a download link provided at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Issues

5. License and Intellectual Property

6. Refund Policy
6.1 Digital Product Nature
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have accessed or downloaded the Product, refunds cannot be issued.
6.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent product access (and cannot be resolved within 7 days)
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions
